Hi, i have been trying to get a hold of the claims department for 2 days now, i press the option and the call gets cut off, i select general enquiries and a lady by the name of candice tries to put me through, i hold for about 10 minutes and the call gets cut off. This is ridiculous and absolutely pathetic service. I have tried about 20 times and no luck, i even provided my details from someone to call me back and still waiting.
