I emailed AF regarding a query I had with my fathers pension. They answered me back with an email with a few contradictions...
For example they said they did not have my fathers details (which was attached) but yet they said there were no surplus available... now how on earth did they check that with no detail On emailing them back requesting a better explanation they basically ignored my questions and provided no answers except for that there is no surplus.
I get that! but I also get that Alexander Forbes is seriously lacking client care an proper answering of emails... which makes one wonder how they can manage funds.
My father did receive a letter stating there is surplus funds... when also asking if they are not concerend that letters like that is sent to the members... they yet again TOTALY ignored my question.
