NO RESPONSE - NO SERVICE - NO NOTHING!!!

THIS IS THE VERY LAST THING I WANTED TO DO - I'M WORKING AT THE CITIZEN NEWSPAPER AND I HAVE TRIED FOR MONTHS NOW TO RESOLVE THIS PROBLEM!!! WE DO NOT AUTHORISE DEBIT ORDERS AS WE PAY ALL OUR SUPPLIERS MANUALLY. WE HAVE HAD A FEW DEBITS GONE OFF AND I HAVE SENT THE LETTERS AND ALL THE DOCUMENTS REQUIRED I HAVE EVEN FILLED OUT THE DEBIT ORDER DISPUTE FORMS BUT STILL NOTHING!!! THIS IS MAKING ME LOOK INCOMPETENT AND I GET THE BAD REP AT WORK!!! I HAVE BEEN SPEAKING TO A THEMIKILE AND NO RESPONSE!!! THIS IS NOT ON!!!
THEY SAY HOW CAN WE HELP YOU??? / HELP ME AND LIVE UP TO YOUR SLOGAN!!!
