I am currently under debt review and have been for almost a year. African bank accepted and signed the debt review plan and suddenly this month they debited my account with almost R5000 without permission and they still got normal monthly payment through the debt councillor. How am I supposed to survive. When they were queried they were very sorry and embarrassed and promised to refund, guess what still no refund. I think this matter should now be reported to the credit ombudsman. This is disgusting.
