Funeral Policy of my uncle has not yet been paid

Hi

My name is Mongameli Melken Ngcofe, on the 20/10/2013 my uncle Vuyisile Golden Mbatyoti died, he was covered by me at Metropolitan Life since 1st October 1990.

On the 06/11/2013 claim lodged by myself the beneficiary MM Ngcofe with Janine at Metropolitan Life, Stellenbosch Branch with all the required documentation. I spoke with Janine on the 11/11/2013 and she confirmed that the claim was declined because one of my initials was wrong. My initials were MN instead of MM and Mrs van der Decken the funeral undertaker in Alice where my uncle was laid to rest has recticfied that my initials that they are MM. Mrs van der Decken the funeral undertaker sent the proof of payment to Janine's fax number: 021 887 2163. On the 13/11/2013 Janine confirmed the receipt of documentationand has processed it. Janine confirmed that the paymentshould be expected by Monday 18th or 19th November 2013.

By the 19/11/2013 no payment reflected on my account. On the 08/01/2014 I tried to phone Yonela but no response I got. In conclusion nobody has approached me until now and I am not satisfied all with the service I got from Metropolitan Life after being a loyal client to them for two decades.
