I got retrenched end of October 2012 and made arrangements with regard to my monthly loan deduction to the value of R1200, this was the amount that they deducted, till further notice. End of March and April they end up deducting the original amount plus the smaller amount and the amount we agreed with the arrangement. I know have to beg them to make a refund and no one seems to care as the amount which needs to be refunded just does'nt get refunded. I have spoken to Helena Wiseman from their complaints department and she promised that they will refund an amount of R762 saturday 4 May and another amount today to the value of R1200. My electricity has been cut and we have no food to eat and they just don"t seem to care.
