Incompetent Staff between Global Hail Solution

I took my car to Global Hail Solution in Randburg on the 19th June and its been there for almost 3 weeks now and I called manie from GHS on the 1st July and he said my car will be ready that same week, I called Budget on the 4th since manie was not answering calls anymore and they told me that my car was being painted and then I called on Friday they told me its going to GHS is waiting for the assessor, what is the actual procedure regarding Hal damages, everytime when I call Budget it looks like no one knows what exactly is happening, can someone just tell me what is happening becasue im paying everything my premiums and deserve a good service and im sick and tired this running around and if manie doesnt wanna fix my car can we move it to another place, i believe he is gaing something for keeping my car there for a long time but im tired now.
