For the past 3 to 4 monts FNB ATM users at Geelhoutpark (Hyper slaghuis) can`t withdraw cash as there are always a problem with the ATM or it`s out of service. This ATM is the only FNB ATM in the Geelhoutpark area. The only ATM's available in the Geelhoutpark area is 2 ABSA, 1 Standard bank & 1 Netbank ATM's & they are ALWAYS online & available. It just goes to show that all the other banks always mentain/replace there faulty ATM's to ensure it is always available for there users. So ABSA has been & will be claiming aditional charges from my FNB acount becourse ABSA's ATM is the closed from Hyperslaghuis & are always available & online. FNB IS THE WORST BANK EVER... & there slogen states HOW CAN WE HELP YOU!!! You can help me by mentaining/replacing your faulty ATM, s so that I can have access to my mony... If this ATM isn't replaced ASAP I don't see why I sould stay at FNB & not move my acount to Standard bank as the ATM is closer to my home...
