I was handed to a collections agent for an amount

The company has handed me over to the Blake collection sighting that I have not paid them for the loan taken in February which they have collected the funds on the 28th of March. My credit profile has been placed in one of the risk persons which I honored the payment. no one has contacted myself in March after the payment and my account does reflect a collection of R2989.54 by the company. I would like this matter to be resolved urgently as it is messing up my reputation with other creditors
