Outsurance
It's not even my fault

Last week I was rear ended by a lady who is insured with outsurance. I submitted my claim to the insurance as it was her fault. I have received noting but uphill. I am 8 months pregnant and the last thing i need is stress from the insurer. I submitted my documents and asked where I can take my car for assessment. The gentleman I spoke to might as well have told me that it is none of his business. I explained that I work in Sandton and stay in the east rand. He told me all their assessment centres close at 4pm. When I asked hm to book a 3:30pm appointment he told me that that they close at 2pm. This is unacceptable and part of the reason I ended my relationship with Outsurance. May I please be given a list of centres close to Sandton and Alberton so I can choose one and we be done with this.
