After battling for 3 weeks to get proper feedback regarding my claim i called the call centre asking for a manager as i was highly irate. lutendo answered my questions honestly and promised to give me feedback within a certain time frame. i thought "ya right" . well she did and contined to do so throughout the week. she managed to sort out everything whilst others could not. i will continue being a miway client simply because of her. the inital service was poor but thanks to lutendo she re-instilled my faith in the company. a real gem that you should be really proud of. perhaps get her to train the other staff.
