Good Day
On 15/12/2012 I was involved in a Motor Vehicle accident, Claim Number: 425147. With the Public Holidays and festive season closure of many Panel-beaters, sorting out my claim wasn't always easy.
After some hassle I got in touch with two very helpful and efficient individuals, Lutendo Magadani and Yashveer Brijmohan, whom I would like to thank dearly.
Lutendo finally gave direction and started the claim processing; she was always there to provide feedback and always kept to her word. I thank you dearly; you gave light where there was none.
Yashveer I am really indebted to, I probably called him roughly 30 times and sent tons of emails during this process. He was always up to speed with my claim, very knowledgeable, extremely empathetic, always listened to my constant nagging and remained professional. He was helpful from day one until the end; his consistency is impressive and he exceeded my biggest expectations.
I was a very demanding and frustrated customer and these two individuals really made my claim journey so much easier. I do not know how to say thank you, I hope this message of appreciation reaches them. Thank you a million times, I am eternally grateful!!
