I would like to compliment the staff at the Standard Bank Brooklyn (Mall) branch for their excellent service delivery attitude this morning. I had been queuing for a while before the bank opened and there was quite a crowd by 9am. When the doors opened, there was a full staff compliment available as we all entered, taking questions and guiding clients.
There was continuous checking up with clients in lines and great advice offered on the most cost effective ways of getting something done. I really appreciated this service experience a lot and will forthwith be frequenting this branch for any banking queries which require a branch visit.
