Applictaion, Activation... then Pillar to Post

On Friday, 12 April 2013 my wife completed an online loan application & was approved for a loan of R50, 000, including a credit card of R10, 000. Saturday, 13 April we proceeded to the Southgate branch to complete the documentation (ID, payslips, banks statements, etc.)... the consultant said the card will be activated almost immediately, the cash transferred as well (24 hours). By Friday, 19 April we have still not received a cent. We went away; & returned after a week (this date already 27 April) and were told to reapply because the application was expired. We went again, the very same day and completed the entire process again. Today is 4 May 2013... and the funds have not yet been deposited. We were told that apparently there is (and was before) a delay with the sub-group team, who are responsible for creating a company profile. VERY ANNOYED with African Bank... we are now in a worse off situation than before. Today is the 21st day, since we first applied. Now we are told that UIF must be confirmed; which we did yesterday.
