I HAVE 3 PERSONAL LOANS WITH NEDBANK, DUE TO SOME UNFORSEEN EVENTS I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO MAKE ANY PAYMENTS ON THESE ACCOUNTS SINCE THE START OF THIS YEAR, I HAVE ARRANGED THAT A SMALL PAYMENT BE MADE ON A MONTH TO MONTH BASIS UNTIL I AM READY TO PRESUME PAYMENTS AS NORMAL, YESTERDAY I DISCOVERED THAT THEY HAVE MADE TWO DEBITS FROM MY SAVINGS ACCOUNT, TO THE VALUE OF OVER R 2000, 00, I HAVE NO DEBITS COMING OFF FROM THIS ACCOUNT NOR DID I MAKE ANY ARRANGEMENT WITH ANY EMPLOYEE FROM ANY DEPARTMENT TO GO AHEAD AND DO THIS, THIS MORNING I ARRIVE AT THE SANDRIDGE BRANCH ONLY TO BE IGNORED BY EACH AND EVERY STAFF MEMBER AND TOLD TO STAY ON THE LINE AS I WOULD GET HELPED, I AM STILL HOLDING ON A CALL YET TO GET A STITCH OF ACTUAL ASSISTANCE OR AN INDIVIDUAL THAT WAS UNDERSTANDING OF THE SITUATION, FROM ASK ONCE THEY WENT TO ONT ASKING AT ALL, TO MAKE MATTERS WORK THE LEVEL OF SERVICE I HAVE BEEN RECEIVING IS JUST POOR. I HAVE TWO ACCOUNTS WITH FNB AND I HAVE NEVER ALSO ONE IN ARREARS HOWEVER THEY HAVE NEVER TAKEN ANY AMOUNT FROM AN ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION. STILL ON HOLD! AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE
