I am waiting 2 weeks now to get help from MFC to get a residual on my current account on my vehicle. I also asked that the maintenance plan be cancelled due to funds but I am also waiting for that.
I send a mail to care@mfc on the 14th of April 2013 and had a response back saying there will be a turn around time of 48 hours.
I am very disappointed in the service I am receiving. When I phone the call centre number no one can help me and say I must phone Vinette for assistance. I spoke to Christen on the 23rd of April 2013, she then said she will phone me back because she won't be able to help with a residual, she said she will phone me back now now... and it's now 7 working days later.
