DON'T CARE ATTITUDE

First National Bank Rivonia Branch Supervisor reversed my debit order by accident, this is for a Max Investment Policy with Old Mutual. The Supervisor could not care less or come out of the office to try and assist with this. Now my Policy will lapse due to her negligence, thereafter DON'T CARE attitude. Only when I asked the agent to please come tell me what i should do now, since Policies are no-play areas. Old Mutual cannot help me and I must "call in again next week" to ask that they reload my debit order.
