NOT INTERESTED IN ACTIVITY

I have made 17 calls to:
0800 222 050 / 0800 222 051 / 011 227 4905 / 0800 301 450 / 011 227 4905 / 011 614 6114 / (given to me by a consultant and goes to a guest house, owner says he always gets calls from standard bank customers) The calls cost me R1476 so far.
Someone has been withdrawing sums of R200, R300 and R500 THREE TIMES A DAY, EVERY 2ND/3RD DAY from my account, WHILE MY CARD IS STILL IN MY WALLET.
Consultants are pleasant, but know nothing. Always referring me to the 011 num where NOBODY answers.
Stopped this card on Friday, FOURTH working day and nobody has gotten back to me. Asked for a statement so I can do my own investigations - NOTHING.
Always put on hold to hear the annoying message about how much they value our call, THEN NOBODY ANSWERS.
Eventually called the Complaints Resolution dept, after sending an email without response, seemed like Portia and some other guy were going to help, but put on hold again, and had to end the call after 18 minutes and 54 seconds TO ATTEND TO SOME WORK!!!
DO YOU EVEN HAVE A DEPARTMENT??? SOMEONE GOES TO AN ENGEN ATM AND WITHDRAWS CASH 3 TIMES A DAY EVERY 2 DAYS AND YOU DON'T NOTICE??? YOU WOULD NOTICE IF I DIDN'T PAY!!!
