This Morning I was very frustrated because Miway debited my account twice and I called and it was answerewd by Flory (lady) she failed to give me the answeres I wanted and she was not even willing to give me a way forward.
Later i called again out of frustration and Ntokozo took my situation and made them his, and gave me more that one option and we ended up came to an agreement, he also promised to give me a call back after 30 min he did call me and im happy that i spoke to him cause im a new customer and i was thinking of shopping around for another insurance but Ntokozo made me to stay with miway.
