I have cancelled my account over 3 times yet the debit still goes off my bank account!!! My bank balance is now in arrears R560 because of your incompetence as I wanted to close the account off but my bank has charged me penalties for having a negative balance. I demand that you refund the R295.50 and additionally cover the balance of my bank account that is in arrears. This is pathetic... I have requested over 3 times that my Autopage account be cancelled yet the debit still goes off!!! I await the R560 refund immediately.
