Reinstatements denied due to husbands salary not getting paid into one account.
Copied from email from FNB: Kindly refer to the email below we note that Mr subsidy of R3300.00 ONLY routing through the account and not his full salary. The request will only be re-looked at in APRIL 2013, and all the terms and conditions are to be met ie. Mr full salary to start routing through the One Account.

Then in April, i applied, just to be declined again. I'm the owner of my account, I "Hate" it when the staff of FNB or any bank tell me how and when to use my money. How can they decide for you. As if it's their responsibility to pay it back.
