Zero assistance knowledge of services

FNB is usually a GREAT bank.
Kroonstad Branch suffer from in competed staff.
I had to schedule an appointment to sign urgent paper and open 3 accounts with them.
I live on a farm and have to travel to town for business. I was advised to be in the branch the following day before 11!! to be assisted. I said to the lady I was there (before 11) and she said she knew about the document but another lady would assist me. I waited and waited and eventually left. AFTER I called the branch from my cell and had to learn that the manager is on leave until 17th July!! till then there is NO PERSONAL banker that I can consult?? Then today I tried to change my daily limit via Internet. On my account spent 45 minutes on my cellphone trying to find some one accountable to assist me. Nomfundo said she processed the request and I must log on again and do the transaction. I tried 4 times without success. Again on my account spent 15 minutes NO SUCCESS. FNB that is the only conclusion!! I am really sick and tired of a human in a job collecting pay checks every month and unable to deliver a service that we the customer PAY FOR!
