Can wonga please get back to me...

I was unfortunately late with payment but arranged telephonically that everything needs to be deducted on the 24 th. they assured that this will be done and the whole amount did go off... I now get sms's from wonga asking for payment and when I logged in, I still owe them r 64 odd rand... I mailed both email addresses on Monday and no one gets back to me with answers... When I phone (as they ask me to) I hold on for 10 minutes...

I received another SMS last night threatening that if I don't phone, further steps will be taken... SERIOUSLY...

I have been trying for a week now...

Please can wonga mail or phone me to sort this out!!!
