Reversal of Transactions

During January I checked my Nov and Dec statements and noted a debit order from the Middle east that I did not authorize.
I reported this to FNB and subsequently they credit /reversed 1 mths charges. I assumed that the location of the debit order was traced and that the problem was resolved . when I checked my statements in March/April again I noticed more debit orders of the same amount on the same day but different country now had gone though. I reported this to FNB division again and was contacted by Thula Hlhongwane advising me to stop my card which I subsequently did. Since then I queried how come the other transactions had NOT also been credited ( /- R 2500.00 interest). No response. Ive sent numerous emails, made numerous calls but I just get put through from one consultant to the other. FNB claims to be the most innovative bank in the world so you want to tell me they couldn't trace the debit order and put a stop on that transaction or provide me with proof that I had authorized these transactions. Every time I phone I get asked did I authorize the debit order. Why on earth would I about this transaction. I never put debit orders on my ct card.
