Today on the 06.08.2013 @ 11:12 I received an sms stating the folowing-Your Hollard Funeral Plan Policy has stopped as we have NOT received payment. Now just hold on there just a minute last month Hollard deducted R401.14 from my bank account and now they want to tell me that my policy was stopped, OVER MY DEAD BODY HOLLARD OVER MY DEAD BODY YOU HAVE ANOTHER THING COMING.
Let one of your consultants call me back at the following times in the morning 10:15 -10:30 - 10:30 - 10:45 or if they want to they can call me now aswell.
I will excercise my consumer right to the fullest extent of the law if this matter is not resloved n an expeditious manner.
