The worst customer service I've ever experienced

Liberty Life sold policies to our employees and after nearly a year there is still an outstanding issue with one of the cases we've escalated to them. So I call the lady who in May 2012 committed to resolving all our issues, Brenda Mathabathe, she answers her phone and when she heard which company I was calling from very abruptly said: No I am in a meeting, I can't talk now and put the phone down in my ear." This is supposedly an Area Sales Manager. I would not suggest this organisation's products to anyone as their customer service is appalling. Not even the Key Account Manager they sent to us responded to our calls and e-mails.
