Shocking! refusing to cover my claim

I got a call for the claims department at 10:19 today, I wish someone could listen to that call. The agent tell me that they can't cover my claim because the damage is below my access amount as per the assessment done, I asked him how did they come to that conclusion because the panel beaters they referred me to told me that they can't estimate the extend of the damage and I must send them the quotation I got from VW, he couldn't answer that, then he tells me that the car is not under warranty *what does that mean? " he couldn't answer that and then he says rats damage is not covered. I tell him I had no control over the damage and it's natural, why did the send me for assessment knowing that they don't cover it, so the first reason he gave me doesn't apply anymore... then he has the nerve to tell me to control my rats "" who does he think he is, is this how you agents speaks to customers. Still waiting to his team leader to call me back, I refuse to speak to that don't know what they are talking about. the car was not even properly accessed by the panel beaters Hofbro, I want to see that report and as Robert told they couldn't estimated the cost of the damage...!
