OVERDUE CLAIM

I PUT IN A FIRE CLAIM OVER A MONTH AGO, AND I HAVEN'T BEEN ADVISED WHERE MY VEHICLE HAS BEEN TOWED TO. I HAVE BEEN CALLING IN COUNTLESS TIMES AND SPEAKING TO A GUY CALLED JUAN WHO IS APPARENTLY HANDLING MY CLAIM BUT IS UNABLE TO LET ME KNOW WHATS HAPPENING. I GOT A NUMBER TO CALL AND WAS ADVISED THAT THIS PERSON IS THE ONE WHO HAS MY CAR AND UPON CONTACTING THIS PERSON HE SAID HE HAD SUBMITTED A NEW QUOTATION TO THE ASSESSOR AS THERE HAD BEEN MORE DAMAGES CAUSE BY THE FIRE FROM THE INITIAL ASSESSMENT. I HAVE BEEN CALLING FOR OVER A WEEK TO SPEAK TO JUAN OR ANYONE WHO CAN ASSIST ME BUT NO ONE IS AVAILABLE TO. MY CAR HAS BEEN TAKEN BY YOU GUYS AND NOW NO ONE IS CALLING TO ADVISE ME WHERE AND WHAT IS HAPPENING TO MY CAR! I'M ABOUT TO OPEN A CASE OF A CAR AND REPORT THIS TO THE POLICE AND ACCUSE TELESURE FOR THIS!!!
