Disgusting Service, BadWay

On the 29 of March this year we got an accident that was not as serious as the car is still drivable now but a bit damaged, so my girlfriend reported the accident to MiWay so they can fix the car and they also did the inspection of the car and everything but since then they have not taken the car for repair or arrange for that month, they have not even called her about the progress or what is happening about her claim, she moved from another car insurance company because she thought the service of MiWay are top class but they are not, they are even worse than the previous one, they don't care about their clients but the money they debit every month, disgusting service. We cannot even travel with the car as the boot cannot even cloze properly.
