18 Days and still no funds available

On the 8th of April my wife and i applied for a Re-Advance on our existing homeloan with FNB.The documents were faxed to JHB whereafter a Fazila Mohammed notified me that she would be the customer liasion. I queried after 7 days how the application was whereby the reply was they had forgotten to submit but that it would be escallated to priority. Is this standard procedure. Then on the 16th day i queried it again and was told that i need to be patient. on the 22 day it was approved and sent to payouts on the 29th. for payout this morning i quereied again and was informed to be patient once again as they were overloaded with payouts. The service is disgusting to say the least, i now know why i dont ever want a transactional account with this bank."How can we help you" Should Rather Read How can we irritate You"I plan on moving my homeloan o another bank as this is the second time we have been dealt with in this manner.
