At the start of the year I changed to Wealthup with the promise of a better funding option.

The broker informed me that my first payment will be deducted at the start of April.

When the start of April came it (sms notification that I receive from ABSA) showed that the payment was still being deducted by my previous investment company.

My husband and I also wanted to change and move our testaments.

After 3 phone calls, 2 smsses, 2 Whats upp messages, a message to his roommate, various e-mails and 1 message on Skype he (the new broker) still has not responded.

If it was not for the better investment options and the fact that I "lost" about R7000 to move from one broker to another, I would have moved back to my previous broker within an instant.

Not only was he (my previous broker) the one that usually phoned me if something needed to be updated, but if I had any queries then he or his assistant would have come back to me either that same day or the next day.
