I am a FNB Private Banking client and I have an assigned Banker. I sent a request for service yesterday at 11:51. I received an out of office reply from my banker with the details of another person to contact.
I immediately forwarded the request marked as "Urgent" to a person called Dineo and it is now 12:08 the next day more than 24 hours and I have not received any response at all
So much for being a Private Client
