I was involved in an accident on Sunday coming from the funeral at Inkandla. Thembi phoned me on Wednesday the 1st May 2013 to register my claim. She was so professional, friendly, patient and understanding, she will revise the conversation and summarise it for me to understand clearly. I didn't know such people still existed. Not forgetting that it was a public holiday, most people who were on duty that day were so grumpy.
