Reinstatement of Gold credit card

I have applied for the reinstatement of my credit card. I have given the bank all the required documentation and details during the last week of March. My consultant at the Vaal Mall brach have been very helpfull, she has proof that she has faxed the documents to required division four times. Neither my consultant or I have received any feedback. This is very poor customer service!
