UNHAPPY WITH MY BANK

I am a client of fnb, I went in for a consolidation OF MY DEBT unfortunately I was declined, reason being I am over committed but guess what I have been offered an upgrade that comes with an overdraft facility and revolving loan I wonder how's that going to help me. I need to consolidate my debt not an upgrade for an over draft facility.
