Who is fonesure, and why have they debited R62.50 from my bank account? I have never signed any phone insurance with anyone. Absa tell me that I must call them on 0860109529 and query it with them. And that 'people do so all the time, so the number definitely works.' Not with me it doesn't! Neither through telkom landline, nor cell phone. How do I stop this and get my money back?
