A few weeks ago after purchasing a laptop on contract from MTN direct, I received a call from Fonesure asking me if I wanted insurance cover for the laptop, at which point I explictlly said no. Upon looking at my most recent bank statement I found a deduction by fonesure, of R63.00, I tried to follow this up with them over the phone, but I cant seem to get through.
