Before been debitted I was notified by my bank that I will be double debitted, 2 x R300 with 1x R149. I called the BodyLab Head Office and was advised that I will only be debitted 1 x R300 (Monthly fee) and x R149 (Maintenance fee) which I was happy to pay. I got debitted 2 X R300 and 1 x R149, my problem is the 2 X R300.
01/11/2013 I complained to Durban Branch manager Riaan and we completed a credit request form. He advised that it would take 1 month which I was not happy with but accepted. 28/11/2013 I call the head office and spoke to Thabile who could not understand me nor assist. I then spoke to Lorrain who advised that I should write another letter to request that I am not debitted in January. What happened to the 30 day turn around period for credit.
To add to my concern of the customer service and satisfication of Bodylab I also had email Andrew, the Operations Manager, and to date have not received any feedback. I voiced my unhappiness of the debit and also included the appalling state of the gym conditions.
I do not recommend Bodylab to anyone. A business facade is presented when they need a person to sign up but there after there is no appreciation of memership.
