Unusable Internet Banking

I had to help my mother set up internet banking on her ABSA account today and it was a complete nightmare. I have never seen a site more poorly or confusingly designed - each step, each element, represents a certain level of irrationality. Fortunately I had to good sense to leave ABSA several years ago due to their hidden and excessive fees and now, looking at their absurd website and continued excessive fees, even for pensioners like my mother, I am doubly relieved. ABSA - repulsive in every sense of the word
