I dont know what is the point for old mutual's call center. I have been holding for at least 30 minutes to get to their call center and still no answer, i even ran out of airtime and gave up. All i needed to ask was if they have received my claim and the progress of the claim. This is one of the worst, pathetic call centers ever! You guys are shocking, cant you have an email service or something?? You promise clients heaven and earth when they join you but is this what clients have to go through to make claims with you?
