Bad customer service

I called old mutual trying to get my tax certicate and my provident fund.i qas holding for two hours and no one answered the fone.when a woman finally answer she put me back on hold for another hour and finaly hung up.old mutual is useless.i would not advice companies to put their employees money with them because getting it back is a problem
