I applied for a studen loan in April, went to the branch to. Sign the documents with my parents on the 18/04/13, we had to return to thbank 5 or 7 times due to errors made by Lesedi, I amfrastrated and confused, the funds were supposedly paid to the varcity but Lesedi made another mistake by forgeting to put my student number or ref, the funds can't be traced, I went to the branch yesterday and I was told to check with the varcity and yet again I checked with the varcity, the funds are not reflecting, I'm getting messages demanding payment because accorsing to the accounts department my fees are not paid, I went to see Lesedi' team leader for help, she sai there is nothing the bank can do, she printed proof of paymnet but this did not help me. All I need is for my funds to be. Paid so that I can continue with my studies. I. Am desparate and in need of hep. The service I received from Lesedi was very poor and incompetant, can the bank reverse the paymnet made to the varcity and transfer it in my student achiever account, that way I will make sure that my fees are paid and I will resume my classses. Please help me.
