I am not going to say too much about how the 2 chaps above assisted but I took a few minutes to write this as people normally only slam negative feedback.
After making a request last week, I got a call from Matthew within minutes confirming my request and and without any delay provided clear communication on how to get my request dealt with.
This week, he emailed again to tell me where the process was and kept his word.
