"o Ideal as a Christmas gift" - What, Christmas 2013?
I've called, I've email and still it's impossible to get a hold of anyone.
After waiting over 30 minutes on hold I get hung up on. I've emailed 3 emails, only got a response on my first email ~ yes yes, 3-4 week delivery as it's stated on the original email - I already knew that!
It's now 14 January 2013 (6 weeks later) and I'm still waiting for my product and/or waiting for feedback
Groupon, stop spending all your time trying to make new offers and rather honour your existing ones by giving us some customer support/feedback.
Please reply to my above zendesk query (Request #635062) and furnish me with the suppliers details so that I CAN DO YOUR JOB FOR YOU!
