Still no refund from Groupon!

Sorry to say but Groupon is a bunch of and! They claim they have refunded my money 17 days ago but can give me a BANK proof of payment to back up their statement! Nothing is showing in my bank account and please don't tell me that it takes more than 17 days for a transaction to reflect if it is from FNB to FNB...

I am past the point of accepting excuses! It has been more than a month since I requested the refund the first time!!!

Unacceptable!

O and then they can't pick up the phone and call you back!

Can't wait to hear the next excuse!
