NO REFUND, NO CONTACT

I purchased a voucher for a car service which has a 24 hour cancellation policy.
I cancelled within the 24 hours and received the following response:

Jul 12 08:58 (SAST)
The money has been reversed back to your card.
Groupon South Africa

To which i waited out the refund period and after 5 working days i e-mailed Groupon to advise that i have not received the refund and i received the following responses:

Jul 12 10:34 (SAST)
That is proof that the money was returned to you card.
If the money is not reflecting in your account please provide proof so that we can investigate.

No apology at any stage and I'm treated like i am a who did receive my money but is trying to cheat Groupon when in fact its Groupon that is the.

I have not received any response in the last 4 days besides the automated "we will get back to you within 24 hours"

This happens to be R500 i have not received and the waiting period has become unacceptable. I have even e-mailed a copy of my bank statement as YOU required proof that you are incompetent and have not refunded my money.

I DEMAND A RESPONSE!!!
