I Purchased Groupon deal of Canvas prints on the 08 Nov 2013, same day I noticed that the printer shop was in Durban I am in Joburg it will not be possible to collect, I called Groupon i was on hold for a long time finally got a consultant who logged a refund & I was adviced to wait 3-5 working days to get my refund to date I havent recieved it, I have called more thatn 3 times emailed multiple times & sent my bank statements showing no refund, I even called FNB they confirmed the money is not there it was banked by Groupon never refunded, I ussually buy from Groupon Im just disapointed that they can not refund a mere 295 when i ussually buy for more.
