Took 4 months to deliver Xmas orde

What on earth is wrong with Groupon's delivery service? Today [17-April-2013] my husband received his xmas gift frm me that I had ordered frm Groupon on 2-Dec-2012!!?? It says to 'Allow up to four weeks for delivery'?!! But it took 4 months!! With NO apology, NO explanation, NO email, NO sms, to let us know of the delay! NO NOTHING!! U have my email addy & husbands cell No, so why are u so ignorant that u could not keep in contact with us? Why ask for our email addy's & Cell No's if u don't use them??? My husband spoke to the courier service this morning and they told him they only received this delivery on 14-April-2013... WHAT!!?? U WILL NEVER EVER receive an order frm us again, even if u do apologize... this is the most shocking NONE-customer service we have ever received. Took our money quickly enough though didn't u? but you don't deliver quick?? Your service is unacceptable! And Spartan is not far away from where we live! There is something wrong with your company and we will advise all those we know not to place orders with u as we can see on helloptr that there are many dissatisfied customers!
