I purchased a Groupon voucher for a Brazilian blow dry (00E0D8248C) but was informed afterwards that it was not safe to use by pregnant women. The service provider told me I should request a refund from Groupon which I did. I have had absolutely NO response to EITHER of my emails. I often purchase from group-buying sites and I'm shocked at Groupon's exceptionally bad customer service in comparison to some of the lesser known sites. I want my refund sorted out ASAP.
