On 22.11.2012, I ordered the Easycap VHS/DVD converter from Groupon SA. Despite numerous queries, I never received my order. Eventually, to my disappointment, I was informed that the Supplier had no stock & on 15.2.2013 I asked that I be refunded. To date, I have received no refund. I have been sent customer satisfaction surveys which I have completed as a dissatisfied customer, but that has also not yielded any results. Any assistance that I could be offered would be greatly appreciated. Regards, Ellen
